Ambassador of Vietnam to Sri Lanka, Her Excellency Ho Thi Thanh Truc visited Sri Dalada Maligawa today (Oct.21)in the morning to obtain blessings of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Afterwards she and her team visited the international buddhist museum. A statue of prince Siddhartha carved using Vietnamese style was presented in remembrance of the long standing friendship and the cultural heritage between the two countries.
ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ වියට්නාම තානාපතිනි හෝ තී තාන් ටෘක් මහත්මිය (Ho Thi Thanh Truc) අද (ඔක්.21) පෙරවරුවේ ශ්‍රී දළදා මාලිගාවට පැමිණ දළදා සමිඳුන් වැඳපුදාගෙන ආගමික වතාවත්වල නිරත විය. අනතුරුව එතුමිය ඇතුළු පිරිස ශ්‍රී දළදා මාලිගාවේ පිහිටි ලෝක බෞද්ධ කෞතුකාගාරය නැරඹීමට ද එක් විය. දෙරට අතර ඇති ඉපැරණි බෞද්ධ සංස්කෘතිය හා බැඳි මිතුදම සිහිපත් කළ එතුමිය වියට්නාම බෞද්ධ ප්‍රතිමා ශෛලියට අනුව තැනූ සිදුහත් කුමරාගේ ප්‍රතිමාවක් ද ශ්‍රී දළදා මාලිගාවේ ලෝක බෞද්ධ කෞතුකාගාරය වෙත පිරිණමන ලදී.
