“Perahera Sandeshaya” the communication of the successful conclusion of the Kandy Esala Perahera Festival 2023 was handed over to His Excellency the President Hon. Ranil Wickramasinghe marking the conclusion of the festival.
2023 ඇසළ පෙරහර මහා මංගල්ලය සාර්ථකව පවත්වා අවසන් කළ වග ගරු ජනාධිපති රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ මැතිතුමන් වෙත ශ්රී දළදා මාලිගාවේ ගරු දියවඩන නිලමේ ප්රදීප් නිලංග දෑල මැතිතුමන් විසින් සංදේශයක් පිළිගන්වා දන්වා සිටීමෙන් අනතුරුව පෙරහර මංගල්ලයේ නිමාව සනිටුහන් විය.
