Sri Lanka International Buddhist Academy also known as SIBA Campus, which is located at Kandy - Pallekele, was established as a concept of honorable Diyawadana Nilame of the Temple of Tooth Relic, Dr. Pradeep Nilanga Dela is a leading and well renowned university in Sri Lanka recognized by Sri Lanka University Grants Commission. Apart from Buddhism, Sanskrit and Pali there are number of courses available in the campus such as Information Technology, Business Studies, Foreign languages etc. In 2016 a Faculty for Kandyan Dancing was established in this university which serves many foreign and local students including clergy.
