දළදා හාමුදුරුවන් වහන්සේ වැඳපුදාගෙන ආශිර්වාද ලබා ගැනීමේ අරමුණින් දිවයිනේ නන්දෙසින් ශ්‍රී දළදා මාලිගාවට පැමිණෙන බැතිමතුන් අතර යම් ආබාධිත තත්වයන්ගෙන් පෙලෙන බැතිමතුන් ද වෙති. 2005 වසරේ සිට ප්‍රදීප් නිලංග දෑල ගරු දියවඩන නිලමේ තුමාගේ සංකල්පයකට අනුව එවැනි බැතිමතුන් උදෙසා විශේෂ පහසුකම් රැසක් ශ්‍රී දළදා මාලිගාව පරිශ්‍රයේ ස්ථාපිත කර ඇත. අභ්‍යන්තර ප්‍රවහන සේවය, රෝද පුටු, විදුලි සෝපානය, ගිලන්රථ සේවාව ඒ අතර වේ.
A donation of wheelchairs were organized by Mr. Janaka Ratnayake who lives in Australia and Mr. W.M. Kularatne of Kandy to make it easy for disabled devotees to pay homage to the Sacred Tooth Relic. This donation took place today(Jan.19) at Sri Dalada Maligawa. There are devotees with special needs among those who visit the temple from all corners of Sri Lanka and the world.
From the year 2005 many such services were established under this concept introduced by Prdeep Nilanga Dela Hon. Diyawadana Nilame. Easy internal access, wheelchairs, the lift service, ambulance service are among them.
